Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Alternatively, go to Dell Support, locate the downloads for your laptop by using the service tag found on the sticker attached to the back of the laptop. Expand the Network category and download an updated driver to fix errors.

Access Device Manager using devmgmt.msc (Start > Run) and right expand the Network category. Identify your wireless adapter and remove it.

Reinstall the driver and software then you will be able to connect to your networks. Alternatively, check the security of your network because it is also possible that you're using a wrong password.
